to offer complete maintenance and support contracts on all cabling systems
large or small.
Our experienced
project engineers will carry out a full site survey of your site and offer,
where possible a full and detailed account of your system infrastructure
and we will make any recommendations that will help to improve your networks
performance.
We will carry
out a complete yearly performance audit on your fibre optic network, showing
attenuation changes and connection performance which may help you in the
smooth running of your network infrastructure.
Our Service
contract (payable yearly in advance) covers the cost of all the parts
and labour required to maintain the systems and rectify any faults that
may arise from normal wear and tear. We offer a SLA (Service Level Agreement)
to suit a desired speed of response.
